Project Turnabout changed my life. They are very structured like others have mentioned but that's because addicts need that structure. I think the people complaining were expecting a vacation and they might want to check out passages of Malibu. Addiction can and will kill you, dedicate 28-90 days of your life to Project Turnabout, it's worth the investment. It's time to think outside of your own head and let go.
