We ordered college text books that are hundreds of dollars each. One was left on our front steps out in the rain when the driver could have walked another 5 ft and put under our porch out of the rain. The other was delivered to the wrong address and was brought to us from that homeowner.
My complaint is that the hours listed on the UPS website said they are open 12am to 11:59pm. But their customer service hours are only from 5-6pm. I was not happy. Options in the country are limited enough.
